Welcome to Sanny Villa, a pool private villa fully furnished, a living room with air conditioning, a kitchen area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 Queen-sized beds, suitable for 8 adults and 4 children. and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi.
Proud of a 50m2 spacious swimming pool and 150m2 garden, where you have a clear view, you can sunbathe in the morning to enjoy the songs of birds and the rustle of bamboo leaves. Next to it is a BBQ grill to enjoy cooking and socializing with friends by the pool. Immerse yourself in gather moments with a delightful BBQ together near the swimming pool, take a refreshing dip in the pool, where the scent of grilled meat wafts through the air, creating a delightful atmosphere for socializing with friends and family. It is truly a memorable moment during a trip with family or friends.
For your convenience, if you need assistance with grocery shopping or preparing for a BBQ, kindly inform us at least 1 day in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you (please note that this is a paid service).
Besides, the villa is near the estuary, where a river meets the sea, it is a wonderful harmony. ( not beach for swimming, if you like swimming, you can go to My Khe beach about 5 minutes by Grab Car), here you can stroll about to the estuary and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing spectacle of the sunset and small boats gracefully gliding across the Han River in this serene haven, a haven where our guests frequently capture enchanting moments with their cameras, especially amidst the captivating reed flower season.

Entering the house is the comfortable living room overlooking the pool, where you can lounge on the L-shaped sofa and relax while watching your favorite shows using the smart TV and easy access to YouTube. If you like to enjoy natural breezes, let open all windows and doors, or if not, you can close the doors and turn on the living room air condition
Next to it is the kitchen space with airy windows, where you can cook delicious dishes for your loved ones or also order food through the Grab Food app easily (with delivery to the house), You can use the basic cooking utensils that we have prepared: refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, bowls, chopsticks, spoon. we aim to make your dining experience convenient and enjoyable. In our kitchen, we do not provide spices because each country has its spice preferences. However, you can easily buy them at the nearby mini supermarket, just a minute's walk from the villa.
A friendly reminder: Our house is designed with an open space concept and surrounded by numerous trees to create a close connection with nature. However, this may also attract ants if cleanliness is not maintained. So kindly assist us by collecting and disposing of leftovers in green trash outside the house. We are very grateful and appreciate it
