Our place is in one of the most modern buildings in Ocean Park, offering top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and you’re 30 minutes to the city center with the free bus, 45 minutes to the airport via bus E10, or 20 minutes to Vinwonder or the City of Light!
Enjoy the gym in the H2 building or take a dip in the 27th-floor pool.
Parking is available in the basement (small fee).
Studio with full amenities (air condition, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, etc.), kitchen with induction cooker, oven and basic cooking utensils.

Housekeeping & Environment
We’ve provided fresh towels and sheets for you! But if they get stained or
damaged, there may be a small compensation charge.
To do our part for the environment, we don’t offer disposable products like toothbrushes or combs. But don’t worry—there’s a hairdryer and iron in the wardrobe drawer, ready for use!
Garbage ? There’s a room right next door (garbage bags are available in the cabinet under the sink).

Head to the 27th floor between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM-2:00 PM).
Gym
It’s on the 2nd floor of the H2 building, also open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Co-work space
At the 2nd floor of the H2 building, open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Kid conner

Shoes off, slippers on! ??
Our wooden floors are sensitive, so please take off your shoes when you enter and use the cozy slippers we’ve provided. Also, don’t leave shoes or personal items in the hallway.
Use of Equipment?
Respect our furniture, appliances, and cleanliness. If something gets too dirty or damaged, we may have to charge you. But let’s avoid that, right? ?
Please don’t misuse or move any equipment (TV, fridge, chair etc.) without
permission.
Turn off appliances when you’re not using them and especially when you leave the room.
Don’t take items from the room (like towels, slippers etc.) for outdoor use.
Cleanliness is key! ✨
Keep the room and common areas as tidy as you found them. If extra cleaning is required, we may need to charge a cleaning fee.
Please avoid spilling water on the wooden floors, as they can get damaged easily. Compensation might apply if there’s any damage.
Clean up after using the kitchen, including washing dishes and oven trays.
Dispose of trash properly! Please use the trash can with the trash bag provided.
Please don’t flush anything that doesn’t belong in the toilet! If it clogs, there may be extra fees.
Security ?
Always lock doors and windows when you leave.
Don’t leave any valuables unattended in the room—we want you and your belongings to stay safe!
