Please be informed that the bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 AM from 10 Tay Son Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 at Halong Bay Port or at 2 Halong Road, Khu 2, Bai Chay, Halong City. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information. Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions.

Please note that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.

All inclusive packages will start at lunch time and will finish after breakfast on day of departure and includes:

- SIC transfer with AC car or van.
The package excludes drinks, visit ticket Halong Bay per person and laundry service and personal expense,Children from 0-2 years old are free of charge when sharing bed with parents.
Children from 2-12 years old will be charged when sharing bed with parents.
Children above 12 years old must use an extra bed.
