● Location: In a 42-story building. We have 4 apartments with many different locations. If you want we can advise you on a suitable apartment. Please add our information by scanning the QR code on the apartment image.
● Check in: Check in area for guests on the 1st floor of the building. Check-in time is from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. You will receive immediate check-in support.
After this time please contact us in advance to make arrangements. It may take some time to process as staff are not in the building 24/7.
● Elevator in the building: elevator movement in the building is controlled by card. To access the machine, you need a card. I keep this card in the apartment.
● Parking: Around the building you can park completely free of charge. In the building there are 2 basement parking levels (charges apply). The cost for a car is 20,000vnd (~1usd)/1 block/120 minutes. Motorbike 5000vnd/day. Bicycle 3,000 VND/day (from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
● Backyard: The backyard is completely unfenced and shared with other units.
● Beach: Summer 6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Winter 7am - 6pm. Within the safety limit area allowed by buoys and boundary flags.
