ABOUT THE SPACE: Hanoi 1991 takes up the whole first floor of our 3-floor house built in 1991. This guest's studio (of bedroom and living space) is a private space with SEPARATE ENTRANCE and lock. Guests have their private and separate kitchen and bathroom on the same floor. From the rare jade wall paint to authentic 1990s furniture taken from the family's collection, we try to create everything as much authentic as possile of a real 1990s Hanoian house. We hope you get to experience the slow living of a typical Hanoian in the 1990s along with the necessary convenience during your stay with us. Our staircase is between the guests studio and the guests kitchen. Our family lives on upper floors. This leaves good privacy to our guest's space and enables us to give good care to our guests (refilling our guests' tea and coffee boxes, doing laundry, sometimes offering some local food on the house, etc.) My daddy works from 9am - 6pm and I'm out most of the times. My mom usually stays home so she will be taking care of guests whenever needed. There's an indoor cat living with us but we rarely let her come to the Guest's suite :)
