- This building is protected by 4 levels of security. It's a very safe place with friendly staff
- The apartment is very close to the two largest supermarkets such as Vincom Tran Duy Hung (6 minutes) and Big C Thang Long in Hanoi (5 minutes). Near The Manor urban area (9 minutes) with many Koreans, Europeans and Japanese staying here.
- The apartment has a long view and is especially beautiful in the evening.
- You can enjoy a modern outdoor pool, indoor pool or fully equipped gym at your own expense.
- The fee for non-residents is 200,000 VND/person/time. If you stay long (more than 14 days), I will give you the cost of making a residence card for free use of the gym and swimming pool.
- The 30m2 apartment is fully equipped including kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, pan and full kitchenware), a double bed (including sheets, pillows and blankets), bathroom (including shower gel, towels and even hairdryer) and toilet (with paper). TV and internet are free to use
- In the kitchen you will find free tea, coffee and sugar so you can relax on arrival.
