Our homestay is an amazing place in the heart of Hanoi city, located in the most well known food street. It is ready to be your home away from home and is located near some of Hanoi's top attractions.
It's on the 2nd floor with a private entrance. The building is an ancient french villa built during the french colonial period, so the houses inherited a European architecture. When you stay here, you’ll experience a tranquil and peaceful environment, where you can relax in the busy city.

You will hear the birds singing in the morning and enjoy the sounds of live music in the evening. The talented architect designed the windows to have a great view of the greenery and allow a lot of natural light into every corner of the house. Even the two large bathroom windows have a good view.
When you step outside, you have everything you need from the hustle and bustle of the city, but step back inside and you will feel cozy and relaxed again. You will have a chance to truly live a Hanoian lifestyle with Vietnamese neighbors, and experience living in the most exciting area in Hanoi.
This villa has a common space, super cool for our visitors with a big living room, with a flat-screen TV and a comfy sofa to unwind on, air conditioner, wide-open kitchen and cozy seating options, to enjoy your time and share your memories together, or where you can hang out with our hosts and other guests from all over the world.
FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchenette with stove top, fridge, microwave, water purifier and cooking utensils.
There is a washing machine and drier too. Most of the machines in the house are new.

-tea, coffee and some candies we prepare for you to chill a bit.
-Laundry area with washer, dryer, detergent.
-Hair dryer, clean towels, bamboo toothbrush & tooth paste, shampoo & bath gel. (but we encourage you to bring your own because we try to minimize single-use items as much as possible to protect our environment)
- Bed size: queen bed: 1.6m x 2m for each bedroom

- Self check-in and 24/7 access to the villa
- You will be given:
+ Pass-code to unlock the main door, your room and the gate (if you go out late at night)
+ Extra toilet paper, tissues, etc are available on request, feel free to let us know.
+ When you check in, you need: ID/Passport (image).
+Check-in earlier or check-out later: Depends on available rooms.
- From 1 to 4 hours: 50.000 VND/ per hour
- From 4 to 6 hours: 50% room price
- From 6 hours and more: 100% room price
+ Please inform us of your arrival time so that we can arrange your check-in.
+ Please lock the gate again if it is locked when you get to the homestay and leave it open if it is open. Always carry the gate key with you when going out, especially in the evening.
+Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices when not in use and before you leave home to avoid overuse of electricity, especially the A/C, to save the energy and protect the environment.
+ Please double-check that you have packed your belongings before you check out. We are not responsible for anything left behind in the house. In the case of you leaving something behind, we will inform the cleaning staff and try and find your lost property.
We keep our environment clean, safe, nice and cozy, and as affordable as possible, so please respect our homestay and treat it as if it was your own home.
