Our Place is located in Hang Cot Street - a Center street in Hanoi . Only 5 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake and Almost must-visit attractions. When you stay in Old Quarter , everything will be around you like : restaurant , shops , cafe , convenient stores
-Our house is a typical building in Hanoi. Our Place is very clean, wide, and bright, view of lively streets and typical architecture of Hanoi in the 1980s.
- It is simply a perfect place to stay for tourists, especially those traveling to Hanoi for the 1st time. All the must-see attractions from historic sightseeing such as Hoan Kiem Lake with water puppet theater, Ngoc Son temple , St. Joseph's Cathedral, and another entertainment zone as beer corner (a few minutes to access), are within walking distance.
-Especially trait of my place is that while it locates in the middle of the Old Quarter and very close to Hoan Kiem lake and popular locations which are very crowded and noisy, it is a peaceful and quiet place. The House consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom also.

- Another special, you will be impressed by the wonderful balcony upstairs overlooking your surroundings with a typical Vietnamese house.
It is a good ideal place to go with your family or group , firends. Promise it-will be a very interesting experience.

The Wooden House 38 Hang Cot is very close to many attractions in Hanoi's Old Quarter. It takes only 5 minutes to go to Hoan Kiem Lake, 2 minutes to AI noor Mosque, 2 minutes to Hang Ma street, a street famous for its typical architecture of Hanoi's old quarter, which is tubular houses and products. crafts made from paper. When the city lights up, Hang Ma shimmers in the electric lights, the yellow yolk lights from the toys, from the lanterns... make this neighborhood shine like a bright "silk strip" the whole city of Hanoi.
And many other attractions around such as the train street, Long Bien Bridge, an invaluable witness of history and built by the French in the period 1899-1902...
You can go to the homestay by car or motorbike. For cars, you can park your car (for a fee) at Thanh Quan Secondary School at 29 Hang Cot (opposite Wooden House 38 Hang Cot).
For motorbikes, you can park them in front of your house (maximum 2 motorbikes) and it's free.

- Guests MUST TURN OFF all of the electric devices (air conditioners) before leaving the house.
- Please note that The Voltage in Vietnam is 220V in every socket. So if you need use 110V equipments, please remember taking a mini adapter changing from 220V to 110V
