Situated in an apartment building right at the heart of the city (just 5-min walk from Hoan Kiem lake), the CoznComf Home is a perfect place to enjoy the best that Hanoi has to offer.
Elevator, 2 separate and comfy bedrooms, fast wifi, a spacious and clean bathroom are amongst the best highlights of the apartment. The blend of modern touches and traditional design hopefully can bring that refreshing feelings to you.
Within 5-min walk, you can reach several cafes, local restaurants and historical places.
Located on one of the most historical streets at the city centre, yet hidden from all the chaos of the city life, the CoznComf Home is one of a few apartments out there that can surely give you a sense of relaxation while just a short walk from most attractions of Hanoi.
The apartment sits on the 6th floor of a building constructed in post-war era with elevator, right in the middle of local residential households. You will also be surrounded by our friendly neighborhood so you can get the feelings of being part of the Vietnamese culture.
And you may rest assured that you have all the neccessities that you should need: 2 queen-sized beds with comfy mattress, hygienic bathroom, fully-furnished living/dining room, fast Wifi connection, AC or heating, mini-fridge, microwave, etc.
The apartment is in prime location as most of our guests described. You can literally walk to almost all the local places in the city such as Hoan Kiem lake, Old Quarters, Dong Xuan Market, the walking street... There is a convenience store just downstairs where you can get anything you need to make sure you are mentally and physically ready for the trip around the city. Or if you are a local foodie then make sure you check out those restaurants and coffee shops on Nha Chung street just a couple of minutes walking from the place.
As soon as you have checked in, the whole place along with all the facilities (mentioned below) belong to you. We will not enter the apartment without asking for your permission. We always hope to welcome our guests in person but in case we are unable to or our guests arrive late, this will not be an issue as this is a self check-in/out flat. A link to a detailed instruction will be sent to you day before your arrival. We also provide you with lots of tips like places to visit along with foods and drinks to try in Hanoi just to give you a bit of extra help in familiarising yourself with the city.

The neighborhood is very kind and welcoming from my experience. In case there is anything you are not familiar with, they would be more than willing to give you a hand.
The apartment is easily accessible by any types local transportation. One option to get to the place is by Express Bus No. 86 Departure from Terminal 1;2 Noi Bai Airport to Hanoi City Centre ($1.5). No 54 Ly Thuong Kiet Street is the nearest drop-off point; from there it will take around 5 mins to walk to the apartment.
The place itself situated within a well-managed and peaceful building so there are not many things to you need to be aware of.
Although smoking is not allowed, you can smoke outside in the balcony. That way the apartment won't smell of smoke for the next guests.
Having been asked by many of our previous guests, we can help you arrange airport pickup/dropoff; we use new, clean cars with experience drivers to make sure of your safety. The driver knows the place already so you won't need to find the place yourself. But if you like to just to get a snapshot of what you're about to experience in Hanoi plus a less costly option then taking the bus won't be such a bad idea.
