The train operates on schedule day and night (excluding midnight). Additionally, the house is equipped with soundproof aluminum glass doors, which effectively reduce any noise caused by the passing train. You can rest assured!

1/ Located opposite one of the historical sites of Vietnam (Long Bien bridge) at the city center and near the largest wholesale market in Hanoi (Long Bien market). Hidden from the hustle of a bustling city, you will stay in a peaceful place and live like a local Hanoian, exploring the beauty of Hanoi whenever you want!

Within walking distance, you will reach a wide range of local markets with a variety of fruits/vegetables & many local restaurants, coffee shops… You will be surrounded by friendly neighborhoods so you get to embrace the feelings of being part of Vietnamese culture.

2/The space
Our spacious and fully furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate a group of 8-10 people. The house has 3 floors, you can use entire the house:
☘️ 4 spacious bedrooms: each furnished with king-sized bed;
☘️ 3 living rooms (separated big living room is on 1st floor, two remaining one is connected with 2 big bedrooms);
☘️ 3 private and clean bathrooms on each floor;
☘️ 2 chill balconies - where you can soak up the stunning view of the city with a train crossing by;
☘️ 2 washing machines on 2nd and 3rd floor;
☘️ 1 sparkling clean kitchen;
☘️ Working space…

3/ TRANSPORTATION.
Our pick-up service: We are offering you transportation from the airport to our House or from the city centre to the airport at a very good price (cheaper than a regular taxi). Please let us know when you book our apartment.

You can use ENTIRE THE HOUSE, and you do not have to share it with anyone else. The house is very quiet and private for your stay. When you check-in, you can use any amenities in the house from the kitchen and Wi-Fi,... and enjoy the view of the Long Bien bridge from our place.

If you check in late at night or on a special holiday, the taxi may not reach the alley and you have to walk a little bit, which is a signature of old quarter Hanoi, to access our house. However, passing by local houses and the largest wholesale market will give you a deeper insight into Vietnamese culture and the lives of local people. That would be a special memory when you stay in Hanoi.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Check-in time could be flexible depending on whether our apartment is occupied or not at the time of your arrival. If you want to change your check-in or check-out time, don’t hesitate to let us know

We would be grateful if you can respect the community. Please be quiet after 10 p.m.

- To ensure high security, our house has a surveillance camera outside the gate and in the lobby to look after our properties (free bike services). For your own safety, please close the Rolling door whenever you get in or leave the house.

No overnight guests that we are not aware of staying due to safety concerns. If this happens, we’d have to ask the guests to leave straight away as the policy is strict to protect you and ourselves.

We encourage you to help us protect the environment by turning off electronic devices while you are out/no use
