THE HOUSE

+ The house is a four-story home without lift;
+ Surveillance camera 24/24;
+ The book & cat cafe 1 is on Level 1 & the mezzanine;
THE ROOM
+ 17 square meter with private bathroom. Balcony with lake view.
+ Air conditioning;
+ 2 x Single size bed, clothes hanger, TV which can connect Netflix (with guest's own Netflix account);
THE SHARED AREAS
+ Shared kitchen, laundry area & patio on the rooftop (level 4);
+ Basic cooking ware: Fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans...
+ Stairs access to the room is through the book & cat cafe on Level 1 in the house;
+ Stair up to the rooftop.
You can easily access to anywhere:
- 30’ from Noi Bai International Airport to our homestay
- 3km (~ 10’ taxi) to Hoan Kiem Lake
- 300m to Westlake & 500m to Tran Quoc Pagoda
- 2km to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
- 3km (10’ taxi) to Hoa Lo Prison & Temple of Literature
- Lots of coffee shops & restaurants around the homestay: the book & cat coffee on the ground floor of our homestay, Cong cafe nearby & many restaurants around serving traditional Vietnamese food (hot pot, “pho cuon”…) & international cuisines
- Convenient shops like Circle K & VinMart are only a few steps away.
+ When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority.
+ Due to hygiene reasons, we do not stock cooking spices & cooking oil.
+ Could experience some noise from Kitchen. We do have rules to keep low noise after 10pm for guest.
