Our location is ideal whether you are here as a tourist or on business.
It takes about 5 - 15 minutes to walk to many places of interest here in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Bui Vien Walking street (backpacker area), Nguyen Hue Walking street, Ben Thanh Market, Duc Ba Church, Opera house and more.
Be adventurous and sample the street food stalls and fresh fruit within 4 mins walk directly across the road from the car park entrance from Tower A.
A convenience store and money changer is located here also, though (Hidden by agoda) Translate could be your best friend if you need help saying the basics in Vietnamese.
My wife and I have been living in HCMC for a long time. We are always willing to share.

Our building has paid packing option underneath in the basement levels. Please ask us if you will be requiring secure packing so we can advise for the availability and small fees applicable.
Our guest regularly use Grab service which can be your best option Traditional taxi services are also available. Trip cost to the city center of the city rarely exceed $5 depending on the time of the day, local traffic condition and your transport mode.
If guests stay in long term ( more than 3 weeks), please note that the electric, water and building management bills should be separated with the rental price and it could be paid as you use.
