If you are looking for a room to rest after a busy day exploring Ho Chi Minh, or you are planning to stay in Vietnam for work or study, my house will be a great choice for you. Located in a quiet and modern neighborhood, but at the same time close to lively and entertaining District 7 area full of shopping malls, coffee shops and restaurants.
We rent our airy rooms to selective candidates only, so always ask to check the available rooms before making a payment. Let us know if u need info. Thx U.
My house has 4 floors and an underground parking:
- We have enough space for you to park your motorbike or even a car
- On the first floor there is a common area with TV, and a kitchen/dinning room. You welcome to join us for a meal, use fridge or any kitchen equipment. There is a water dispenser and ice in the freezer for you.
- The second floor is for you. There is a comfortable room with double bed (40m2), big window, drawers and air conditioner, bathroom with hot water, balcony, and big common area with a window to the other side of the house. We have a spare mattress and a mat to put in the common area for you to accommodate up to 4 people. 20 usd/room/night for 02 peple; 30 usd/room/night for 04 people. There is an another room with single bed (30m2) is 15usd/room/night for 01 or 02 people.
- On the third floor lives my family of me, my husband and my two young boys.
- On the fourth floor there is another room (30m2) for guests, a common area with a small altar and a terrace/roof garden where you can do your morning exercises, take you cup of coffee or stargaze at night.
My aunt is helping me with cooking and cleaning, she can make beverages and meals for you. You don't need to worry about carrying keys, ring a bell and she/I will open a door for you.

I work full time, but I'm always available for calls or messaging. I enjoy meeting new people and hanging out with them. My elder son is 12 years old, but he speaks English pretty well and he will be happy to communicate with you. My aunt is always at home, she doesn't speak English, but she will understand common requests; if I'm at work and you need something specific, just call or message me and I will ask my aunt to help you with that.
The neighborhood is a secured, modern area. We built our house two years ago to have nice and quiet life for my family. The area is surrounded by nature, there are wide streets to take walks and not be afraid of vehicles running around, people here are friendly and always willing to chat with you. There are a couple of coffee shops and a store.
There is a bus station by the entrance to the village.
When the guest room on the fourth floor is free you are free to pick either one. That room has a big closet and a drawer, double bed, balcony, fridge, two fans and a computer desk. If you're traveling with kids or in a group, you can book both rooms to stay together in one house. Contact me and I'll provide you with more details if you need.
We are extremely love to welcome guests who are eager to explore the world, passionate learning and contributed society/enviroment. From above mention, my place is not suitable for guests come home late (after midnight) and always in drunk situation.
Our private house is not suitalble for "young couples" as our house is not an hour hotel. We rent our rooms to selective candiates only. Pls let us know if you need further info or any question is requires. Thank you.
