This beautifully designed studio apartment. Located on district 4, very close to Ben Thanh market, Bui Bien walking street, the studio apartment measures approximately 30 square meters and comes equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - a firm but comfortable queen-sized bed, a couch that makes for a perfect reading spot, a sofa-bed for seating, working or for additional person, a kitchenette to prepare your morning pancakes, and of course, an en-suite bathroom to take a nice shower in after a long day. Don’t worry about lighting as there will be plenty of natural light shining in through your windows to brighten up your stay! Other included amenities are listed below and free.

This is an amazing space with everything you need inside for a private oasis from Ho Chi Minh’s busy city. Fantastically located 20 mins walk from main sights but with a great local feel. You won’t regret staying here!
For your expeditions into the Metropolitan Jungle of Saigon you can choose between different options and using the free Airport WiFi :
- GRAB offer a very convenient and safe way of getting around at low prices: For max. $7 per car you can reach nearly every part of town). Using the GrabBike is even a lot cheaper.
- Taxis in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) having two main companies VINASUN (white) and MAI LINH (green) to avoid scams. The two companies always drive with taximeter. We recommend not accepting anything else. The taxi prices are higher than GRAB (ca. 30%) but sometimes more convenient because not take much time to wait.
Also, from the TSN international airport, guest can take bus 109 to Ben Thanh market - 23/9 Park (45 min, 20.000 VND); shuttle bus 49 to the center of city (30-40 min, 40.000 VND).
