With Grab app - you can put address in: "BEANTHERE COFFEE, 42/7 Ho Hao Hon, District 1" and this is the cheapest / most convenient way to commute around the city.
1/ There are security cameras in the area outside the garden.
2 / Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a villa (Ground floor is Bean There cafe).
3/ Do not bring strangers home.
4/ Check-in time: Official check-in time is after 2pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed, is subject to apartment availability and must be advised when you check-in.
5 / Check-out time Official check-out time is 11:30 pm at the latest. Late check-out is not guaranteed, subject to apartment availability and must be notified in advance.
6/ When you check out, please turn off all electricity and close the door. Luggage storage service is available only with prior notice.
7 / Guests please provide personal documents upon check-in.
8/ Please contact us via agoda if you have any questions about the house.
9 / Studio Only comes with motorbike parking. Please park your motorbike at the cafe's parking lot. After 10:00 p.m., please park your car in the villa's courtyard (There is paid car parking near the property)
10/ Close the main gate at night after you return home.
