Imagine waking up each morning, go downstairs to spend a little time in the gym. Afterwards, walk around the corner of the block to grab your smoothie, ice or hot coffee from any of the nearby cafe. Sit down next door for a quick breakfast. You can enjoy local Pho or any of the local cuisine being served by the family owned restaurants.
Spend the afternoon on the rooftop infinity pool, go to the biggest market in District 4 called Cho Xom Chieu or visit District 1 which is 5 minutes away.
This is a large sized studio (bigger than most 1 bedrooms) with fully stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils and accessories).
Two beds, sofa and rolled up matress bed is available (in closet).
Fully equiped gym and rooftop infinity pool are free to use. Please keep in mind, we do not have any control over when they close for maintenance (if this is crucial for you, please ask us prior to booking).
Our home is ideal for 4 but can sleep 6 or 7. There are 2 large beds, sofa and rolled up mattress for sleeping.
No extra fees to use the washing machine, gym, and rooftop pool (when available).
Rolled up "air mattress" is available in the closet for extra guests.
We are travelers just like you. However, we can be reached via Zalo +84703929339 or via WhatsApp +16047267878 if you have urgent needs. We will have our staff to assist you when you need.
This neighborhood has a Walk score of 98 which is great for anyone without a bike or car.
Everything you need is within short walking distance. From food, banking, dentistry, hair salon or whatever you need.
Grab Taxi, Gojek or Be Taxi would be the best mode of transportation. Very inexpensive and very fast to pick you up.
They accept cash or credit (via app).

⚠️ By booking here, you hereby accept that the pool maintenance can occur at random times and beyond our control. You can still enjoy the rooftop view, take photos and have a picnic on the rooftop garden area.
⚠️ Each guest is provided one bath towel and pillow. Please let us know how many will enter the unit so that we will provide enough for everyone.
