Welcome to the Sub-Penthouse at Icon 56. Our Amazing swimming pool on the rooftop awaits you. We feel that this is the most Amazing Swimming pool in all of District 4. Morning or evening is the best time to enjoy the view with few people using it. They open from 6 AM to 9 PM
This is a large size bedroom with a separate bedroom (bigger than most 1 bedrooms) with fully stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils and accessories).
one King sized bed, sofa and rolled up matress bed is available (on request at least 1 day on advance) which can sleep 3-4 people.
Fully equiped gym (on the ground floor) and rooftop infinity swimming pool are free to use. Please keep in mind, we do not have any control over when they close for maintenance at random times (if this is crucial for you, please ask us prior to booking). It's peace of mind knowing that the swimming pool is well maintained though.
We have a laptop-friendly workspace and high-speed internet to satisfy most digital entrepreneur's needs.
Spacious living room with very nice interior design. Modern table and chairs. Live plants to make your stay feel like a real home. Please lightly water it once a week if you're staying there longer than a few days.

Washing machine is in the room and it is free to use (detergent cash be purchased at the 7-11 convenience store on the main floor).
Please note: pool maintenance is usually done on Monday morning but management may close it at random times if maintenance is required. This ensures the safety of everyone that uses the pool. By booking our place, you understand and accept that the pool is free to use but not guaranteed since it is beyond our control.

????Each booking will receive one access card for 1+2 bedroom units. 3 bedrooms will receive 2 cards. Additional access card may be available only on 2 and 3 bedroom units. You can use mailbox in certain buildings to store your access card for other members of your group to use in the event you're not home.

✅Please remove garbage daily (it is located two doors down, same path as the elevator).
✅By booking here, you hereby accept that the pool maintenance (usually on Monday but) can occur at random times and beyond our control. You can still enjoy the rooftop view, take photos and have a picnic on the rooftop garden area.
✅Each guest is provided one bath towel and pillow. Please let us know how many will enter the unit so that we will provide enough for everyone.
????Washing machine and drying rack is free to use. Towels washed and hanged on drying rack in the morning will dry before you get home from your day out.
????Understand that this is a residence where most local people live and work. Please respect your neighbors by keeping the noise level down after 11 PM. We don't want building management to receive any noise complaints from our neighbors which can shut down this place and evict everyone.
????We practice COVID cleaning & disinfection procedures so please bring to our attention if our cleaners have missed anything by chance.
????????We know accidents happen. Please report any damages, breakage, or any mishaps during your stay so that our insurance can cover us.
