The homestay is a second floor apartment hidden in an old building from the French colonial period. Even though the entrance is a bit small but when you enter the home, you will be overwhelmed by its spaciousness, cleanliness and windiness.

1 private bedroom with bathroom inside: 1m6x2m beds.
2 attic bedrooms: 1m8x2m beds.
1 living room.
2.5 bathrooms.
1 kitchen.
1 big balcony and terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking a family meal: electric stove, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, chopsticks,… The home also has a washing machine.
The balcony is super big, windy and has a beautiful view with many trees which is very suitable for taking chill pictures, especially in the afternoon or just sit there, taking some coffee and enjoy the view.
The living room is spacious and has many stuffs like Game NES, Smart TV, souvenirs. The sofa is big and you can lie on it if you want.
The attic bedroom is suitable for up to 4 people. It has 2 1.8m beds. The home does have 1 private bedrooms with bathroom inside.
The bathrooms are very clean and have water heaters for rainy days in Saigon.
The house is right at the main street. The opposite is a theater. And just by walking for about 300 meters, you can get to the center of District 1, where many tourists usually get there to enjoy their trip to Ho Chi Minh city
For parking your motorcycles there is a place which is next to the apartment.
The house is on the 2nd floor of the house and it will take some stairs to get there so it might not suitable for old people.
