A clean and tidy fully self-contained cottage situated at the rear of our house it has its own entry for easy access and is separated from the main house by the swimming pool, fish pond and a beautiful bamboo garden. Located close to Hoi An ancient town and with the beach only minutes away this is an ideal retreat whether you are on holiday or seeking a quiet spot to write that book. We are a quiet family of 2 persons, 3 dogs and several cats. We are happy to welcome you.The spaceOur cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery should you wish to cook at home. At 64 sqm there's plenty of space to kick off your shoes, stretch out and relax. It has a huge 180cm king size bed with comfortable innerspring mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. Our beautiful picture window from the bathroom to the private garden always gets plenty of favourable comments as does the rainwater shower with pressurised water system.Guests are free to use the swimming pool and surrounding garden area at all times.We are only too happy to show guests around the local area to introduce the produce market and convenience shops and recommend restaurants or other services we've found to be good.
