1. Design:
Instead of building a hotel with a common design path in the market, approaching the Spanish colonial style (Spain) in the heart of Hoi An ancient town is a great idea.
The Spanish style has much in common and is similar to Mediterranean and Moroccan architecture. With a combination of culture and the influence of the Spanish colonists, it creates Spanish colonial architecture. The main distinguishing feature is the rough tiled floor and roof, contrasting sharply with the characteristic beige or white smooth walls and curved domes.
To harmonize the ancient architectural landscape of the native land with the Spanish style, the Eco-Green design team used the typical yin and yang tile materials of Hoi An combined with traditional Bat Trang ceramics.
Due to the great influence of the Mediterranean style with straight and coherent lines from the ceiling and floor systems, the Spanish-style houses become elegant and strong.
“The main color in the design of Spain:”
Spanish architectural style with Mediterranean influences, so the color palette has great similarities and is inspired by the sea.

The blue color of the pool tile glaze is a visual highlight that brings a balance between the two rough materials of tile roof and yard brick.
Besides, the green color of the tropical tree system with the curved canopy also reduces the monotony.

The use of terracotta tiles for the roof and floor is an almost indispensable element in the design of the Spanish style, but the architect has applied yin and yang roof tiles, a typical material in Vietnam, to help get closer to the identity.
The consideration of applying Bat Trang ceramics interwoven with Spanish-style materials highlights the harmonious and delicate textures, which is also an interesting highlight in ocean design.
Wrought iron metal is indispensable in shaping the Spanish style. Wrought iron is seen everywhere in Spanish houses. To reduce too many rough details, the design team used wrought iron for the gate, balustrade, and window frames, and powder-coated black for a more modern feel. Windows and arches are used material xingfa aluminum still brings elegance.

“Furniture”
Simple rustic wood furniture is a key element of the Spanish style.
Furniture made of heavy wood is certainly also a very important part of the Spanish field style.
Ancient hand-carved details such as shields and armor on the cabinets and tables have been transformed by the design team to be closer to the natives with delicate and equally modern patterns.
The copper light of the wall lamp and ceiling fan is the highlight in the look of the whole interior because of its glossiness and warm light.

The white tone of the wall contrasts strongly with the bold walnut color, providing the effect of depth of the space.
The highlight is the copper color.
A little bit of green helps the space become softer and more eye-catching.
2. Amenities
