- Before Arrival: We will communicate all the details to help you check-in smoothly and answer all your concern
- During your stay: We help take care of everything during your stay and support you arrange your trip in Hoi An and surrounding areas (Da Nang city, Ba Na Hills, Hue city, Cu Lao Cham Island,..).
- Everyday, the cleaner will come to make sure the pool always clean. ,Housekeeper is available for help
- When you check in, please give us your passport so that we can take a photo of it for the declaration of temporary residence following the Vietnamese law.
- Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in.
- Our staff can help you with arrange transportation to Da Nang airport. The fees are much lower than what you would have to pay for a normal taxi.
