Our 400 sqm villa is located close to the Central, featuring a large living room, dining room, a private pool, and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, blender and kitchenware.
Surrounding the area, there are plenty of restaurants, trendy cafe, and attractions.
The villa has its own private pool where guests can chill out with a bottle of beer. While you enter the villa, you will be greeted with a mini lobby. The first floor is including the pool, living room, kitchen, dining room, a double-toilet + shower and a terrace.
The second floor is including 3 bedrooms. 1st bedroom has one queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has one king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The second bathroom is located outside 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. This floor has a living room wit sofa and TV.
The guest can use the washer for laundry.
