A real immersion into the most authentic culture of rural Vietnam! My village is a hidden gem of Ninh Binh very close to beautiful Van Long nature reserve.
Our homestay is aiming for conservation tourism. We believe that in this quick pace of development, it is important to keep the authenticity of our culture by sharing and conserving it. We also care for the environment and education in the community.

Immersive Homestay Ninh Binh is located in a rural village of Ninh Binh province. We are very easily to be reached by limousine bus, and it takes around 2,5 hours comfortably to be home from Hanoi. I can manage the bus too, so all you've gotta do is prepare yourself for the best Ninh Binh experience.
Our village is very relaxing, there's only us doing accommodation for travellers, so you'll mostly see locals. We also have many historical sites that are highly educative about Vietnam history and culture but unknown for tourists.
The house was not built with the purpose of being an accommodation for tourists, so it's pretty much countryside style. You'll have the entire second floor with 3 bedrooms, balcony, working area. The bathroom(separated toilet and shower) is on the first floor next to the kitchen. There's also a really nice rooftop with fully open view to gardens and village. It's the best place to chill on the hammocks, read book, have a beer and watch sunset/sunrise.
When you come to Immersive Homestay Ninh Binh, we take you in as a part of the family and you are welcome to make yourself t home!
We have the living room on the first floor, where we often drink green tea after lunch, dinner or sing karaoke together ;)
The meal is 100,000 VND for one, per person.
You can use the kitchen too if you wish to cook. We also have a fish pond and a small garden where you can go pick up some fruits.
It's literally a ''staying at home!''

Van Long nature reserve is the closest landscape to my home, about 4 km. You can see free monkeys on the mountains, they are specific for Van Long and there’re only 200 left. From my home you can drive through villages get to Van Long, get the boat ticket, it takes about an hour and a half, very beautiful peaceful! After that you can drive around to see the rice fields, mountains, sunset behind the village!
When you get to the train station and want to rent a bike, I can call the bike shop to bring the bike to the train station for you. If you want to travel Ninh Bình by car I also can tell you what is the best way to do it.
My house is in the middle of all the landscapes in Ninh Binh, so it will be very easy for you to explore Trang An, Tam Coc, Bai Dinh, Van Long and Cuc Phuong national park!
I know everyone talks about Tam Coc as the best place in Ninh Binh, but in my opinion(as a tour guide and a traveler) Trang An is the most beautiful place in Ninh Binh. In the beginning of Lunar New Year it can be very busy because a lot of Vietnamese people travel at that time, but if you come in summer it’s great for visiting. It takes about 2,5 hours on bamboo boat to explore and 250, 000 VND for the ticket but it so worth it and it's not touristy at all if you know the right time to get there(if you don't, now you know who to ask ;) )!
