The space The difference that you will experience in our Villa will be the feelings of great accessibility and freedom, just like your own home! The Villa is located at a very accessible location within the resort (no need to travel far and easy to find). Everything covered on the pictures because it is a Fully Furnished Home. There is also a backyard (with a small garden), which is more than ideal for barbecue or relaxing against the ocean. For the swimming pool use at SeaLinks Resort, there will be additional fees to gain access, and it will be based on SeaLinks Rules and Guidelines. The Resort's guidelines also apply to golfers. Other things to note In general, check-in starting at 2pm, and check-out before 12pm. For your convenience, please contact me for the check-in time because it can be flexible. For any changes with the check-out time, please notify me immediately. For instructions to access the villa and directions to get to the Resort, feel free to contact me before your arrival date. I will be more than happy to assist Please be aware that we only allow maximum of 8 people into the property including children. If guests book without reviewing the policy, we would not refund in any circumstances. Furthermore, if we find that there are more than 8 people including children checking into the property then we have the permission to not let guests checking in and we will not refund money. In addition to that, we do not accept guests paying extra fees for extra person.
