The house is a nice little house, located on a quiet street, near the sea in Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen. I renovated the whole house to open a coffee shop on the first floor and a homestay on the second floor. The entire 2nd floor has a living space with 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathrooms, outdoor area and a spacious balcony running from the front of the house, stretching all the way around side and out to the back. The first floor Cafe is open 11 hours a day, from 6 am - 11 am and 3 pm - 9 pm. Here, you can enjoy an organic cup of Vietnamese coffee. We also have a wide selection of delicious teas, juices, smoothies, yogurts and cocoa to choose from. The first floor is not only a space for the cafe but also has a beautiful small kitchen with full amenities. Here you can make a light breakfast or a delicious seafood meal with plenty of scrumptious seafood available at the local market, a few minutes walk away. It's a really great location. We're only about 6,77 km from the airport ; about 2,33 km from the train station ; about 2,3 km from the bus station ; bus top around ; about 500m from the beach and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea from our upstairs balcony. There are also nearby minimarts, pharmacies, restaurants and a supermarket, all within walking distance. It really is an ideal place for rest and relaxation.
