This is Premium 4 double Bedrooms Riverfront Villa Sanctuary Ho Tram Beach Resort. Villas has 360 m2 of living space and 650m2 of land area; located in Ho Tram, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau; about 2 and a half hours transfer from the city/airport.
-Villa has 4 bedrooms queen size 1.8 m x 2 m with en suites bathroom + 1 sofa bed
-The living room is luxurious and modern and private pool.
- Kitchen is fully equipped, BBQ grill is available in the villa. Cooking and BBQ activities are allowed in the villa.
- The restaurant is available in the resort and you can order foods there.
-Accommodation 9 adults + 4 children under 12 years old. Surcharge for extra people will be applied. Surcharge of 1 ,5 mil vnd/extra adult without extra bed ( maximum 2 more adults ) and750,000vnd/child under 12 years old ( maximum 2 children more, using existing beds with parents)

-Villa có 4 phòng ngủ cỡ Queen, kích thước 1,8 m x 2 m với phòng tắm riêng.
-Phòng khách sang trọng, hiện đại và có hồ bơi riêng.
- Nhà hàng có sẵn trong khu du lịch và bạn có thể gọi đồ ăn tại đó.
-Chỗ ở 9 người lớn + 4 trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi. Phụ phí cho người thêm sẽ được áp dụng. Phụ thu 1 triệu đồng / người lớn thêm không kê giường phụ (tối đa thêm 2 người lớn) và 500.000 đồng / trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi (tối đa 2 trẻ thêm, sử dụng giường có sẵn cùng bố mẹ)
-Qúy khách sẽ có được không gian riêng tư và thoải mái tại đây. Du khách sử dụng những tiện ích giải trí trong khu vực chỉ cách dự án khoảng 10 phút chạy xe như sân golf quốc tế, casino, Safari, suối nước nóng Bình Châu,...
- Bếp được trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ, Qúy khách được phép nấu ăn và làm BBQ trong villa. (vui lòng mang theo gia vị cần thiết, villa không có gia vị nấu ăn)
- Có sẵn lò nướng BBQ bằng than ( than có sẵn)
