Our local Belizean Chef creates delicious Caribbean-inspired dishes with a flair, using all natural whole ingredients, rich flavors. Our full breakfast includes coffee and juice, and our three-course dinner features an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. We also offer fresh juices and smoothies all day from our juice bar. Our daily menu varies based on seasonal produce; we cater to your specific dietary restrictions and preferences. Mariposa Jungle Lodge operates its own Mayan adventure tours. Their certified Belizean guides love to share their knowledge when they take guests on amazing day trips to natural wonders, Mayan sites like Caracole, sacred sites like ATM Caves, zip lining, jungle treks and so much more.
