To be found at the hotel are room service, restaurant, bar, smoking area, shared lounge/TV area. Comfortable guestrooms ensure a good night's sleep with some rooms featuring facilities such as private pool, wake-up service, executive lounge access, toiletries, shower. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere extends to its recreational facilities which include fishing, billiards, table tennis, garden, water sports (non-motorized). Please inform Greengos Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This hotel strictly prohibits external food or drinks on the premises due to the presence of insects, local animals, and nature. The hotel does not accept credit cards due to the instability of phone and internet coverage in the area. For your safety the doors are locked from midnight to 6:30 AM, the property can neither receive incoming guests nor allow any guests to exit during this time (excluding emergencies). Greengo’s Hotel offers a free pick-up service from Lanquin (between 3 to 9 pm) for guests who stay a minimum of 2 nights (Q35 per person for those who stay one night). This shuttle service operates only between 3 to 9 pm (unless you are with one of the tourist shuttles and it is running late, in which case the service will pick-up until 10 pm *does not apply to private shuttles*). The Greengo’s truck will be waiting where you arrive — if you have a reservation and are coming on a tourist shuttle, you do not need to notify the hotel of your arrival. If you are arriving by private shuttle or “colectivo” to Lanquin, please speak to the hotel in advance. They do not reimburse for any transport that is not organized by the hotel. The return trip to Lanquin is Q35 per person, unless you buy your onward shuttle ticket with the hotel, in which case it will be included in the price. If you arrange your own departing transportation, please do not book any shuttle leaving Lanquin earlier than 8 AM. The Greengo’s transport back to Lanquin departs from the hotel prompty at 6:30 AM every morning. The property does not recommend multiple destination ticket purchases. Be aware of scams when purchasing your tickets outside of a reputable hotel or tour company.
