Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After great consideration for the well being of our staff, our community, and our hotel and restaurant guests, beginning on August 16, the property will require proof of vaccination to enter our facilities whether you are dining, shopping in our boutique, or staying at the hotel. To our confirmed and prospective future hotel guests, please note that we will no longer be accepting a negative PCR test in lieu of vaccination. Medical exemptions will require formal documentation from a licensed health care provider.
