Ski buses in winter are free of charge. The train ride between Vils and Garmisch is free as well. Guests can play mini golf or tennis and relax at the bathing lake Bichlbach with the only rafting facilities in Tirol. Guests receive 20% discount on the nearby high ropes course, free admission to the Bichlbach Lake and 1 hour free use of the tennis court.A ski lift is 200 metres from the property and there is a cross country ski run behind the house.
