Each accommodation unit comes with mountain views, cable TV, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The bathroom is fitted with shower and toilet. In winter, a ski bus stops 300 metres from the Kehlbauer Ferienhof and takes guests to Gaissau Hintersee Ski Area, which is 15 km away. Cross-country skiing and snow tubing is possible in Faistenau, 10 km from the property. A restaurant is 2 km away and a supermarket is within 3 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Ferienhof Kehlbauer in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
