In a quiet location at the edge of the forest, a 5-minute walk from the center of Mauterndorf, Pension Waldheim offers a sauna, a sun terrace, and free WiFi. The Großeck/Speiereck, Aineck/Katschberg and Fanningberg Ski Areas are within a 10-minute drive. The rooms and apartments feature light wooden furniture and floors, cable TV, and a bathroom. The apartment also includes a kitchenette and a terrace. Guests of the Waldheim Pension can play table tennis and tabletop football, and use ski storage room. Dinner is offered on request. Free private parking is available on site. A small stream with Kneipp facilities is next to the guest house. A cross-country ski run is right outside, while the Obertauern Ski Area can be reached in 20 minutes by car or in 25 minutes with a free ski bus stopping just a 5-minute walk from the property. From 01 May to 31 October, the Lungau Card is included in the rate. It offers free benefits and discounts in the region, including free use of local cable cars and swimming pools, and free admission to Mauterndorf Castle.
