Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool is closed from Thu 01 Sept 2022 until Fri 30 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that use of the wellness centre (d-mixx) requires an extra charge for both the entrance and the bath linen. Guests are kindly requested to note that swimwear is not allowed at d-mixx. Wellness treatments at d-mixx are on request only. Please note that our wellness centre is only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that all rooms are twin bedded. When a double bed is required, please leave a comment in the Special Request box upon booking. PLease note that there is no restaurant in the hotel. If you would like to book a table in a restaurant in the area, d-hotel can give you recommendations. DISCLAIMER: any treatment at the wellness centre is currently unavailable.
