International House of Journalists Resort is set amidst its own botanical garden, 100 metres from its private beach in the peaceful Chaika area and 200 metres away from Cabacum beach. The 45 decares park is suitable for many sport activities, as well as for various recreational therapies. There is also a garden where organic vegetables are grown. On site there is an outdoor pool filled with mineral water, with sun loungers and parasols available free of charge. Free WiFi is available in all areas and free parking is offered. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, TV set with satellite channels, telephone, balcony and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor of International House of Journalists Resort there is a lobby bar serving and abundance of drinks, as well as a restaurant with 150 seats and a terrace under the trees with 80-100 seats. A pool bar is available for refreshing alcoholic and soft beverages. Guests can also play billiards, table tennis and mini football, and there are also electronic games, a business centre, a conference hall and a summer cinema on site. The centre of Golden Sands is reachable within 3 km, where there is an abundance of night life, bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stop with regular services to Varna and Golden Sands is just a few steps from the hotel. Varna is 16 km away and Varna Airport is 20 km away.
