Apartments Orka is self catering accommodation located n Lapad neighborhood, 3 km away from the historic Old Town. Property features 12 accommodation units. Common outdoor unheated seasonal swimming pool is provided, so as BBQ facilities. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. Please be advised that in case of late check-in after 10:00 p.m., extra fee of 20 euros will be applied. The possibility for the late check in ends at 12 AM. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast from May to October for additional charge of 12 euros. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Baby cot is available on request. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the tourist center, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The nearest beach is located 1 km away from the property. The nearest market can be found at 500 m distance. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous Lapad promenade are located less then 1 km away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theater. Restaurant Orka, located just next door, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with an additional cost. The pharmacy can be found in 700 m range. Bounded by the forested Petka hills on one side and the crest of Babin Kuk on the other, Lapad Bay is a busy string of pebble beaches and pedestrianised promenades. There are plenty of diversions here, both in and out of the water, including a kids playgrounds and lots of cafes and bars. On the Lapad beach itself, there is a restaurant, a couple of cafe bars and lovely lounge bar. The beach is equipped with showers and changing cabins, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Due to its pinewood surroundings, this pebble / sandy beach can be enjoyed during hot summer days too.
