On the ground floor , you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room with satellite TV, furnished in a unique, modern style. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate toilette . This bathroom features also a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and water kettle. The villa also has an iron and ironing board It has 2 bedrooms that are located on the first floor with a size of 12,55 m2 each. On the first floor, you will also find a bathroom & toilette (all in one) where you will find super soft, oversized towels and multiple towels with different sizes for different uses and high-quality toiletries. There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying a good morning coffee on a balcony with a panoramic sea view or you could drink it in the private garden that features a garden table with chairs and jacuzzi.
