CROWONDER HARBOR VILLA It is a newly built villa completed 2017, which offers 3 fully equipped apartments: Apartment NORTH - 56 m2, ground floor, 2 + 2 (4 people), living room with a large fold - out couch, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with a shower, direct exit to the terrace and swimming pool. Apartment WEST - 65 m2, first floor, 4 + 2 (6 people), living room with a large fold - out couch, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with a shower, terrace with garden furniture. Apartment EAST - 44 m2, first floor, 2 + 2 (4 people), living room with a large fold - out couch, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with a shower, terrace with garden furniture. On a ground floor there is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes dryer and storage space for bicycles etc. SPACE FOR CHILDREN On the ground floor there is a special place for our youngest guests - children. We arranged for them a room full of toys, board games, colorful books etc. SWIMMING POOL On the south side there is a modern heated swimming pool, jacuzzi with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. CROWONDER PRIORITIES The most important for us is our guest satisfaction. That is why we emphasize on cleanliness in the apartments, natural, pleasant to the touch materials, properly selected colors and interior arrangements. The villa has fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking for 3 cars and other amenities. PLEASE NOTE : Crowonder Harbor Villa is rented in full (as an entire facility). Only in the period from April 4, 2020 to July 4, 2020, and from September 1, 2020, it is possible to rent individual apartments.
