The villa is at the end of the street, immersed in a beautiful green environment, just 3 km from the Sea, and 4 km to Umag. The location is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways or just pure relaxation. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, with 3 en-suite bath and 1 separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and living room, which leads out to the covered terrace for a perfect dining experience. On the second garden level, next to the well-equipped Bbq, Al-fresco meals can be enjoyed under the large traditional tree, providing natural shadow. The inviting pool of 8 x 6 mtr can be enjoyed from the charming covered Lounge area. Next to the pool there is also a seating/ sun area with an open-air shower.
