Upper floor consist out of 3 bedrooms; master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. 2nd floor consists out of another double bedroom and another living room with SAT TV and a sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and an oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, water kettle, coffe machine and a toaster. Dining room has a dining table and chairs and living room has a relaxing sofa, flat screen SAT TV and a fireplace. The entire villa is air conditioned, wifi is free and available throughout the property. Private parking is free, roofed and available in front of the villa. Iron and ironing board and baby cot are available free of charge. Cepljani is a small village located just outside of the city of Umag, 7 km from the city centre. Umag in Istria is the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe. Sea in Umag is crystal clear and suitable for swimming from May till October.
