On the ground floor of the villa there is a comfortable, modernly designed living room with fireplace, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there is one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and two more bedrooms with single beds, all equipped with satellite TV and air-conditioned. On the first floor of the villa there is another bathroom with shower while another bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor of the villa. Terrace extends over 30m2, with sea view, with access to 36m2 swimming pool equipped with comfortable deck chairs with parasols and an outdoor shower. At the guest’s disposal there are 3 bicycles and 2 kayaks, baby cot and children's chair upon request and at no extra charge. Dishwasher, washing machine, wireless internet on the entire property, garden with barbecue, parking on the property and daily cleaning and change of towels are just some of the features of this luxury villa.
