The house is unique because of its construction which represents the real, original Dalmatian house made of stone blocks of perfect proportions that were then manually crafted, proving the art and knowledge of the builders of the time. It is located in such a place that provides peace and rest to its tenants although it is just a three minute walk to the town's waterfront, full of sailing boats, catering facilities and shops.
