Villa Romana is located in Barat, Visnjan, only 16 km from the center and old town of Porec. This luxury Villa with swimming pool is 550 m2 big and spreads over 2 floors; ground and upper floor. The Villa is decorated in a Provence-style with stone, each room on the ground floor overlooks and has direct access to the swimming pool, sunbathing area, and covered lodges with cooling fans. Villa Romana has 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, another bathroom in the taverna and the 5th bathroom with 2 saunas in the wellness/fitness area. Ground floor consists of the following: entrance hall, guest toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room, pantry, welness with 2 saunas (finnish and turkish), one bedroom, summer kitchen, covered terrace, outdoor covered dining room, outdoor covered kitchen, garden gazebo, swimming pool and sunbathing area. The upper floor consist of a master bedroom and a vip bedroom, each with en suite bathrooms. There is also a tavern below the house with a bar and a TV, perfect for watching sports matches, and a cool wine cellar with homemade Istrian wines, additional refrigerators, auxiliary kitchen with dishwasher, shower and toilet, and direct access to the pool and gazebo in a rose garden, and a herb garden. The garden is decorated with three centuries-old trees, two oaks and olive trees. The entire villa is air conditioned, has underfloor heating, wifi, 3 secure and roofed parking spaces. Heated swimming pool is equipped with counter current and massage systems and sun lounges and parasols are available. The villa is also adapted for children; it comes with a children's playground, swimming pool toys, table soccer and a Playstation 4 console. 2 baby cots and 2 children's high chairs are available. Visnjan is a village and municipality in Istria, Croatia located 12 kilometers east of Porec and 3 kilometers west of Pula-Koper road. Visnjan is located on elevation of 244m and average municipality elevation is between 200-300m. One of the most notable caves in Istria, Baredine, is located in the municipality, only 8 km away from the villa. Visnjan is the site of Visnjan Observatory (an astronomical observatory). The observatory is home of several long-running international summer programs for youth in astronomy, archeology, marine biology and other disciplines. Aquapark Aquacolors is only 17 km away. Lim Bay, one of the most beautiful natural resources of the Istrian peninsula, is only 40 km away from the villa. The nearest airport is Pula, 56 km away.
