Our fully equipped apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building accessible either by stairways or elevator. The whole apartment is full of light, with spacious main room, with connected bar dinning room and kitchen.

There are 1 Pull-out Sofa beds who can a minute be transformed into a comfortable king size bed (1,6 meters) or into a living room sofa.

When you arrive to the apartment you'll always find fresh and clen towels, linen and sheets for all guests.

Free of charge WIRELESS (WiFi) high speed Internet available with flat rate. If you rather like to use a cable to connect your lap-top wireline Internet available as well. Cable TV with about 40 channels including several international channels. TV screen 102 cm, with dolby surround!

***ABOUT LOCATION AND PUBLIC TRANSIT***

The apartment is located in Kajzerica and this is very desirable location since all important parts of the city are easily accesible. You have only 20 mins to the main square. Tram and Bus stations are nearby. To the Airport by taxi you'll ned 15 mins. If you come by car you'll be in 5 mins on the highway.
There is parking space always available FREE of charge (with no limit on number of cars and no time limit).

There is a small bathroom with shower, where you can relax if tired after daily activities. Washing machine available as well.

***DINNING ROOM AND KITCHEN***

If you want to cook your meal, you'll find in the kitchen everything you need such as glasses, cups, plates, forks, knives and spoons, etc. To get something hot there is a electric oven or microwave and to get something cold there is a big fridge including freezer as well. When your meal is ready to be served, the dinning room with cool bar table and 2 chairs.

The place is closed to the two big lake, first one is Jarun and second Bundek, app 1.5km. Near by is the biggest shopping mall.
