The apartment is located in the River apartments which is part of the Forest Golf and Beach Resort. It is about 40 minutes drive from the Ercan Airport.

This modern and stylish one-bedroom apartment is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is comfortable with an open kitchen/living room solution with new high quality furniture.

It is equipped with modern utilities including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dish-washing machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine. It has Internet, and TV, too. Bedroom and living room are equipped with air-condition, so it is easy to cool in worm summer nights. The location of the apartment is very quiet with easy access to everything needed.

The apartment is on the ground floor so it has a big garden where you can enjoy in the mountain or sea view, while taking dinner or coffee. You can, also, enjoy in the beautiful well maintained garden and 3 swimming pools as a part of Forest Golf and Beach resort.

You will love my place because of the location and large garden with stunning sea view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The beach is just 5 minutes walking. It is Esentepe Beach, sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas, showers, restaurant and beach bar. The supermarket is just a few minutes down the road. There are bars and restaurants in the area nearby this resort.

Here is also North Cyprus’s largest golf club, Korineum Golf & Beach Resort, with 18-hole championship course. The golf club has several restaurants, tennis club, spa and its own beach, open to the public. The site is 10 minutes away from the Korineum Golf club.

It takes twenty minutes to reach the city centre of Girne by car. There is public transportation nearby the site and also renting a car is cheap.

Upon your arrival, you'll be provided with the keys and there will be a person available on site to respond to any enquiries you might have.
