This is one of only three perfect three bedroom villas on the Sea Cliff Village site which is a stunning development overlooking the shoreline in Esentepe. The villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite Tv, Dvd, Cd/radio & Wifi. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and with a Dining table . A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor. Stairs lead to the first floor where further bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating. Outside each villa is an 10 metre x 4 metre private Infinity swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs. A purpose built barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings. The villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.
