This was achieved by using a collection of differing architectural projects all interconnected by pathways surrounded by lush landscaping and a wide choice of facilities for sport and leisure.Fundamentally the region needed to be both by the sea, with its own beach and harbour, and up in the mountains. The strict request given to the architect at the design stage was that all apartments and villas must have sea views that can never be blocked. The concept became a reality and Sun Valley was born. Sun Valley is divided into two parts with Sun Valley Mountainside, consisting of six completed villages, and Sun Valley Seaside with two upcoming villages (both under construction). While Sun Valley Seaside is still under construction, you have Sun Valley Mountainside that is now almost 100% completed with residents enjoying a peaceful and sunny lifestyle very much in touch with nature.Sun Valley MountainsideIn Sun Valley Mountainside you will find six villages of luxurious apartments, townhouses and villas, with a total of 5 different communal pools located next to the beautiful pine valley, overlooking both sea and mountains. Apart from swimming pools, you have all sorts of activities in the community such as gym, tennis, walking tracks and mountain bikes for rent so that you can always keep yourself fit and active. If you just want to relax, you will find nice sun tanning areas and cabanas to use for free. Or if you just want to sit in the shade or in your beautiful apartment there is always a possibility to get away from the sunshine. One thing that makes Sun Valley so outstanding is all of the beautiful gardens. You will find unique landscapes with all sorts of plants and flowers that give your mind complete silence and peace. Many people practice their yoga and mindfulness in these gardens and we can guarantee you that these gardens will get rid of that city or family stress of yours. You also have your very own Taro restaurant in the community, which offers a wide menu at affordable prices, and Taro's own pool bar is just next to the main pool where you can order drinks, food, snacks, or other refreshments while spending your time at the pool.Sun Valley SeasideSun Valley seaside is an exclusive and luxurious part of the area and the whole of North Cyprus as it has its own private beach, marina, chapel, and lighthouse. Sun Valley seaside consists of two villages that are both still under construction. Even so, the Cove Village, which is the front seaside village, has already been awarded for Best Sea Front Development, Best Residential Development and Best Proposed New Project awards at the PropertyNC Awards 2019 award ceremony. Both Cove Village and the neighboring village Cove Garden, are just next to the beach and a short driving distance to markets and other facilities. The apartments here have modern interior and exterior design that fit in with the sea and features wide windows. This way, residents will be able to make the most of the sea views and the sunlight while living in a spacious and comfortable home. You will find two pools, two restaurants, (one at the beach and one in the village), beach bar, sailing and water sports, open air cinema, paddle tennis court, organic garden (supplying all Sun Valley restaurants and bars), amphitheatre where dance, yoga and other events will be held.
