It’s painted in a bright Mediterranean colour and comes with its own private pool which takes pride of place. There are also plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing and lots of pool toys for a spot of fun! Everyone can sit in a generously proportioned ground floor terrace which is where you can also enjoy a barbeque in blissful surroundings. There is also a large terrace area upstairs on the first floor for total relaxation, admiring the sea view or watching the sun go down or, may be, star gazing in the evenings. This quiet located private villa comfortably sleeps 6 via 3 bedrooms All bedrooms have plenty of storage / wardrobe space and great sea views whilst lying in bed! The Ground Floor : includes a living area with Wi-fi & Tv which is connected satellite Tv. The spacious , well fitted kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Water dispenser, Washing machine, Dish washer & Fridge Freezer. Outside there is a 10 x 5m infinity pool, large sitting area, Sun Loungers and spacious gardens with off road parking. Sunset villa is situated close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank and most everyday facilities. In addition there are a number of good quality restaurants and bars close by with some offering a free complimentary pickup / drop home service .
