Yolanda Villa offers an outdoor swimming pool, barbeque facilities and a terrace for relaxing evening gatherings. The outside pool area is what really sets this property apart. The palm trees and colorful garden creates a visual oasis for guests lounging by the large pool. Decorated with sunbeds and umbrellas makes it a calming area to relax at during the hot summer days. The barbecue embedded in the garden is ideal for friends and families. Entering the house, you are greeted by the open plan ground floor which is fully furnished with comfortable sofas, large TV, side tables, WiFi, coffee tables, and armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with the highest quality appliances. There is also a large dining table to accommodate lunch or dinner parties. The guest bathroom is located conveniently near the staircase. The large glass doors in the living room lead up to the patio of the garden. The villa features 3 bedrooms with luxurious finishes. The master bedroom which offers a comfortable double bed while the other 2 bedrooms offer two single beds each, bedside tables and lamps. All rooms are equipped with good wardrobe space, black out blinds or curtains. The three bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom and shower which is on the first floor. The location of the property is 15 minutes walking to Potamos Liopetri. Here you can find local restaurants run by the fishermen of the area where you can enjoy the catch of the day. The center of Ayia Napa is a 5-minute drive away, here you can find bars, restaurants, shops, and busy beaches such as Nissi Beach. There is the also the Ayia Napa harbor where you will find many forms of entertainment for young and older people.
