Residence Lipno is set in Lipno nad Vltavou, 1.8 km from Lipno Dam. The nearest beach is 200 meters from the property. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. All villas and houses have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Every house includes a seating area where you can relax. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Every room is fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bath. Ski equipment hire and bike hire are available in the ski area. You can engage in various activities, such as cycling and fishing.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Residence Lipno in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is not open daily so guests are kindly requested to inform the property about their estimated time of arrival.
