before booking our lovely apartment in the Central Copenhagen, PLEASE MAKE SURE that that our strict house rules match your accommodation needs. Our flat is intended for all those who wish to have quiet time; chill, relax, cook and sleep after having been discovering the city. Any loud, noisy, disturbing behavior is NOT ACCEPTED and NOT TOLERATED in our historical building.
NO noisy behavior, NO loud talk, and NO loud music after 21:30.
NO Parties.
NO Dinner Parties.
NO overnighting visitors.
NO SMOKING in the flat and near the building - smoking is only possible at Nørrebrogade, outside the inner yard.
Please, note. The violation of the the house rules results in immediate termination of the rent agreement and exclusion from the property. Thank you for understanding and accepting our special house rules.
We are looking forward to meet you and ensure you a comfortable accommodation based on mutual respect between the Tenant and Landlord. We do our best to provide flexible check-in according to your expected arrival time. We will with pleasure show you around, give city advices and stay ready to assist during your accommodation.
Our building is situated in the historical and colorful area of Copenhagen, just next to Nørrebros Runddel Metro Station. The single and double beds; well equipped kitchen, big green and quiet backyard, unlimited WiFi make this place a to a great accommodation for couple, family, or tourist group up to five persons.
